We provide individuals and families in need with home healthcare services, to include both skilled and unskilled nursing services.

We offer a wide range of skilled nursing services and medical care such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, wound care, intravenous (IV) therapy, injections and monitoring of vital signs and medical equipment.

Our home care services, and unskilled nursing services provide individuals and families with trained personal assistants to help accomplish the basic activities of daily living (ADLs) to include eating, bathing, grooming, walking, dressing, transferring, toileting, transporting and more.

Providing high-quality home healthcare services is foundational to our beliefs in the Golden Rule to “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” We hire caregivers as if they are being hired to care for our own family members.

Bonaventure Health Service, INC. was established in 2005 and provides home healthcare and nursing services from Palm Beach to Coral Cables from our offices in Boca Raton and North Miami, Florida.
